How We Plan a Product Shoot
Every project starts with a product inquiry and a quick review of product count, usage, and visual style. This helps us understand what needs to be photographed and how the images will be used before the session is confirmed.
Next, we build a reference and shot list, then prepare a quote and delivery plan based on the number of products, the required setups, and the intended use. For catalog and content batches, the scope is usually planned around a focused group of items rather than a fixed image count.
Clear steps, simple approvals, and organized delivery
A practical workflow for small brands that need clean product images without wasted time.
Before production, we share sample setup approval so the direction is clear. During the session, we keep the process organized with SKU-based file naming and a private delivery gallery for edited images.
After photography, you review the proof gallery, and the selected images move into editing and file delivery. We also provide written business image usage notes so the final files are easy to manage and apply within the agreed license.
